The Schaffer College Presentation Exercise (Manager/Director Level)

This exercise simulates some of the critical decision making, analysis and communication skills required for the role of a senior manager/director. This exercise is especially designed to provide a practical opportunity for individuals to demonstrate their ability in the following competencies.

• Strategic Thinking - (to be able to be creative and flexible when problem solving)
• Communication skills - (including being able to demonstrate the ability to relate to people at different levels and demonstrate negotiation and influencing skills)
• Decision Making and Political Sensitivity
