Our Approach

Our approach is to work with the key decision makers to understand their business. We use our theoretical understanding of business psychology and over 25 years of commercial experience to provide practical tailor-made solutions to maximise the effectiveness of the organisation and its individuals.

We map out a framework for the use and development of appropriate interventions and products, with methods for measuring the impact of any solution we provide.

We pride ourselves on forming long-lasting partnerships with our clients. The majority of our business in any year comes from long, well established relationships. We grow our business by the relationships we form and clients' recommendations.

Brentfield Consultancy’s business philosophy is driven by ethical business practices. Throughout the areas in which we practice we ensure our methods promote and facilitate Equal Opportunities and Diversity in the workplace. As Business/Occupational Psychologists we adhere to the British Psychological Society’s (BPS) Code of Practice for Chartered Psychologists. Brentfield Consultancy Ltd does not provide services to some industries if we believe their values and beliefs are contrary to our own.

Environmental Policy

Brentfield Consultancy Ltd is committed to protecting the environment and we would encourage all our colleagues to recycle papers, metals and plastics. We will also attempt to use recycled and re-usable materials for internal uses where possible, although we acknowledge this is often not possible for client materials. Our transport policy is that we should always use public transport or non-polluting methods wherever possible, although again we appreciate this is not always possible or practical.
